Senior APHC leaders including Islamic Political Party jk Chairman Muhammad Yousuf Naqash, Chairman Kashmir Freedom Front Bashir Andrabi , President Muslim Democratic League Hakim Abdul Rashid and Chairman Tehreeq-e-Mazhamat Bilal Sidiqi, in a joint statement to CNS have lambasted the Village Defense Committee and termed them terrorist organization of state and Government.Condemning the killing of a political worker, the leaders stated that VDC’s are used as tools of oppression to suffocate Muslims of Jammu region and force them to exile. They further said by killings and atmosphere of fear Government is trying to muzzle Muslims but made it clear that fear , suppression cannot in anyway muzzle Muslims.While expressing full solidarity with caged Muslims of Jammu stated that Muslims of Kashmir are firmly behind them in these testing times.
