M.Y. Tarigami, MLA Kulgam, called on Governor N.N. Vohra here at the Raj Bhavan today.Tarigami briefed the Governor about issues relating to the implementation of development programmes in district Kulgam, particularly the difficulties arising from deficiencies in the power distribution infrastructure.The Governor appreciated Mr. Tarigami’s concerns and urged him to continue sustained efforts for promoting the development and the welfare of the people of his area.
