West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to call a meeting of all chief ministers immediately to discuss devolution of funds to states."Prime minister should immediately call a meeting of CMs. Earlier, we voiced our concern at the Planning Commission. Now it has been disbanded," Banerjee said at a programme here.Ridiculing the NITI Aayog, which came into being after the Planning Commission was wound up, the chief minister said: "NITI Aayog is 'na idhar ka, na udhar ka' (Neither here, nor there). If I don't get funds, how will I carry on with developmental projects?"Banerjee alleged that the Centre has stopped releasing funds for a number of social projects."They are withdrawing subsidies. One day they will withdraw the whole country," she said.Taking a dig at the Swachh Bharat programme -- a pet scheme of Modi on cleanliness -- Banerjee asked: "Will your home be cleaned if you appear all of a sudden one day with a broom in hand? No."Criticising the recent imposition of 0.5 percent Swachh Bharat cess, she said the money would go to the central coffers, with the states doing the entire job to ensure cleanliness.
