Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday said she had no doubt about Khaleda’s involvement in the August 21 grenade attack.‘As Ziaur Rahman was involved in the August 15 killing, Khaleda Zia and her son were involved in the August 21 grenade attack. There is no doubt about it,’ said Bangladesh Awami League chief Sheikh Hasina.Twenty four people were killed and scores were wounded as several grenades were hurled at the rally of the then opposition leader Sheikh Hasina at the capital city Dhaka’s Bangabandhu Avenue on August 21, 20014.
After placing wreaths at the memorial of victims of 21 August grenade attacks at Bangabandhu Avenue, marking its 11th anniversary, the Prime Minister was speaking at a rally.The Bangladesh Nationalist Party, however, denied the allegation of the Prime Minister terming the incident of attack as a dreadful act.
