District Development Commissioner, Ramban MH Malik convened DLRC meeting with Bankers and officers of line departments at conference hall Maitra, Rabman to review the achievements in 2nd quarter of Annual Credit Plan for the current financial year.
During the meeting a detailed discussion was held over the implementation of decision taken in last DLRC meeting and financial assistance schemes launched by the state and centre government for the welfare of backward and weaker section of the society.
DDC emphasized on implementation of Government sponsored schemes and to increase the credit deposit ratio of the financial institutions in the district and directed the Banks to redouble their efforts to increase CD ratio in the district.He asked the banks to organize the financial awareness camps in remote and backward areas of the district. He also directed the bankers to achieve the target of KCC disbursements.
He also stressed upon all the line departments and financial institutions to ensure that the targets earmarked for financial year 2013-2014 are achieved in full to provide more economic development opportunities to the beneficiaries of the district. The Lead District Manager Ramban informed the meeting about the achievements registered during the previous quarter under District Credit Plan.ADDC, AGM, NABARD, LDM, SBI, Director RSETI, ACD, LDO, Reserve Bank of India District Lead Manager, CAHO, DSHO, DIO, AD Employment, BDOs bankers and officers of other line department attended the meeting.
