Member Legislative Assembly, Banihal, Vikar Rasool Wani along with District Development Commissioner, Ramban Farooq Shah Bukhari convened a meeting of officers of different departments at DC office to review the progress of restoration of the works damaged by incessant rain, flash floods and land sliding in Banihal constituency recently and during the previous year.The MLA urged the officers to complete the pending works in time besides asking the executing agencies to complete protection works for existing and important structures of the area.Executive Engineer PWD, Principal of HSS Banihal and Tehsildar Banihal were asked to visit the school and ensure handing over of newly constructed school building to the school administration.Chief Planing Officer, Xen PWD, Xen PHE, DFO, BDO, DAO, DYSSO, Dy. CEO and officers of different departments were present in the meeting.
