In connection with the Digital India Week, department of Computer Sciences of Degree College for women organized an awareness cum quiz Programme in the College Auditorium.The event was presided over by Principal, Dr. Muzaffar Ahmad Khan. Staff Secretary Dr. A.R. Khanday and other faculty members and College students were also present on the occasion.
The Principal of the College advised the students to make ethical use of digital technology. Head of the Department of Computer Sciences, Prof. Sajad Ahmad Shah through PowerPoint presentation highlighted the various aspects of Digital India Programme.Various students spoke on e-Learning, revolution in Communication, e-services, education through digital technology, e-governance etc. Besides, a quiz competition was organized in which Alia Manzoor, Afshana Akhtar and Mehreena Manzoor of BCA 3rd year and Aneesa Rehmat of BCA 2nd year won the prizes.
