In connection with Digital India, a daylong workshop was held today at Dak-banglow Baramulla. The workshop was jointly organized by Education, Social Welfare and Employment Department and inaugurated by District Development Commissioner Baramulla Peerzada Mushtaq Ahmad Shah.The Workshop was attended by huge gathering, Official from various department including Asha workers, Anganwari workers and Teachers from various Schools. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner highlighted the importance of Digitalization and said that the awareness needs to be provided among common people so that they will take benefits of the service.On this occasion speakers of various departments highlighted the benefits of the programme.10 Websites of Education Department were also launched by DDC Baramulla for various schools of the district. He hoped that the launching of websites of the schools will go a long way in improving the standard of education and delivery system in these schools. Among others Chief Education officer Baramulla, Deputy Director Employment and District Social Welfare Officer was present on this occasion.
