The Deputy Commissioner Ramban F A Shah Bukhari today visited various areas of the district and listened to the problems and grievances of the locals
The DDC was accompanied by Xen R&B and representatives of the construction companies associated with the railway project. At Khari DDC met public and assured them that local youth will be provided employment in the companies. He also informed that the companies have been directed to take up development of the area under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). On way, the DC also inspected the Community Kitchens put up by various religious, social and welfare organizations for the convenience of pilgrims during the upcoming Shri Amarnath Yatra. He asked the concerned officers to keep all facilities available for the yatries at the sites of all community Kitchens.At Darshipora, the people were assured that channelisation of the water course shall be done to prevent rain water runoff to enter the locality.The People at all the places thanked administration for giving them opportunity of being heated and redressing their problems.
