Jugal Chairs Privilege Committee meet

The meeting of Privilege Committee of Legislative Council was held under the Chairmanship of MLC,  Jugal Kishore Sharma here today.The Committee took up various Privilege notices for discussion. Which include Privilege notices moved by Mr. Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, Mr. Khalid Najeeb Suharwardy and Mr. Devinder Singh Rana against Mr. V. K. Singh, retired Army Chief,Another Privilege notice moved by Dr. Shehnaz Ganai against Mr Mohammad Ayub, DFO, Kralpora and Privilege notice moved by MLC, Mohammad Ashraf Mir against Municipal Commissioner, Srinagar also came under discussion in the meeting.Legislators, who attended the meeting, include MLCs, Mr Devinder Singh Rana, Mr Showkat Hussain Ganai, Mr Ali Mohammad Dar, Mr Ghulam Nabi Monga and Syed Mohammad Rafiq shah.Other Privilege notices moved by MLC, Syed Mohammad Rafiq Shah, Ex MLC, Mr. Murtaza Ahmed Khan, MLC, Mr. Naresh Kumar Gupta, MLC, Mr Vijay Bakaya, MLC, Mr B. A. Veeri also discussed in the meeting.The officers who attended the meeting include Secretary Cooperative Mr. Mohammad Akbar Ganai, Managing Director, JAKFED Mr. Javid Ahmed Shah, Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, Mr Abdul Aziz Bhat, Assistant Director, Planning Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Qureshi, Additional Secretary, Legislative Council, Mr. Mohammad Maqbool Bhat besides officers and officials of Council Secretariat.
