MLAs of Pulwama, Tral and Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama held a joint meeting of officers today and reviewed the Ramadhan arrangements.The meeting was attended by the Engineers of various departments, Tehsildars, Executive officers of municipal committee of district Pulwama.Deputy Commissioner directed the engineers of PDD that uninterrupted power supply shall be provided to the masses of the district especially during Sehri and Iftaar. The PHE department will ensure water supply to the people during the month. CA&PD department was directed to ensure the ration from the month of June is provided to the rationees. The Executive Officers of Municipal Committees were asked to ensure cleanliness in towns, around mosques and repair the street lights.Deputy Commissioner directed Municipality, Metrology, Police, CAPD department to strength enforcement drives to maintain proper check on edible and rates of commodities. On this occasion, senior officers of the district were also present.
