FIFA president Sepp Blatter said he had a highly "constructive meeting" with Domenico Scala, independent chairman of the FIFA Audit & Compliance Committee, to discuss structural reforms of the world soccer governing body, media reported on Friday."I had a good, constructive meeting with Scala to establish a framework for action and a timetable. I am pleased to take advice and guidance from Scala," Blatter said."I want a comprehensive program of reform and I am very aware that only the FIFA Congress can pass these reforms. "Furthermore, the executive committee has a particular duty to share the responsibility of driving this process," the FIFA president added.Sepp Blatter, 79, announced his intention to resign in a press conference on June 2, when he equally called for an extraordinary congress to elect his successor, despite being re-elected for a fifth term in the elections on May 29.
