Angered by her husband's suspected illicit relations, a 30-year-old woman poisoned her two children before hanging herself from a ceiling fan in her house here, police said on Friday.The bodies of Neetu and her two children -- Tanik (5) and Riyan (2) -- were found by her husband Rahul Thakur and his brother Rajesh Thakur when they reached their house around 11.20 p.m. on Thursday in east Delhi's Shakarpur area.Police said they were informed about the incident by Rajesh.
Prima facie, police said, the woman first poisoned both the children and then hanged herself."During initial inquiry, we got to know that the couple used to fight regularly. Their neighbours said that Neetu suspected her husband's illicit relations with his sister-in-law," said a police official.
