A team of Vigilance Bureau nabbed a clerk red handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 5500.Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said that Clerk (Accountant) Sachin, posted at the O/0 Block Primary Education Office, Dharamkot-1, District Moga has been nabbed on the complaint of Navtej Singh S/o Jagtaran Singh. In his complaint to the Vigilance Bureau he narrated that his father has retired from the post of Head Teacher and his mother was operated for eye treatment. He alleged that the accused clerk was demanding bribe of Rs. 5,500 for clearing the medical reimbursement claim of Rs. 17,000. On the tip off provided by the complainant a team of Vigilance Bureau has laid a trap and the clerk Sachin was nabbed red while accepting bribe.
