A minor girl was gang raped and murdered by unidentified people in Telangana's Ranga Reddy district, police said on Friday.The incident occurred on Thursday night near Vikarabad, about 75 km from here.According to police, the 15-year-old girl was kidnapped by four people when she was travelling in an auto-rickshaw with her father from Vikarabad to their village Ijrachittampally.They stopped the three-wheeler, thrashed the girl's father and abducted her.The victim's father lodged a police complaint. The body of the victim was found near a hamlet on Friday. Police said the girl was murdered after the gang rape.As the auto-rickshaw was not found on the scene, police suspect the involvement of the driver.Ranga Reddy district police have formed special teams to track down the culprits.
