MGSIPAP Trained 68 Successful Candidates In The PCS List

Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab (MGSIPAP) has achieved another landmark by enabling 68 candidates to make their entry through Mock Interviews trial into the list of successful candidates of PCS final result declared today by the Punjab Public Service Commission. Out of 68 successful candidates who had appeared in the Mock Interview test in MGSIPAP before the final interview in the PPSC included 48 candidates in General category, 2 candidates in Physically Handicapped category, 3 candidates in Ex- servicemen (Gen. category), 1 candidate in Ex- servicemen (SC category), 4 candidates in Valmiki/Majbi Sikh category, 4 candidates in SC category, 3 candidates in BC category and 1 candidate from Sports person of Pb. category. It is creditable for the Civil Services Coaching Centre of the Institute that the candidates Amaninder Kaur who topped the General category and 4th Rank achiever Pooja Syal had been the trainers of the Institute. The candidates bagging 17th, 19th, 29th, 35th, 38th, 39th, 42nd, 45th ranks in the general category; Harjot Kaur bagging 1st position in Physically Handicapped category;  Anmol Singh Dhaliwal bagging 1st  position were on the roll of the Institute. Besides this the candidates getting 3rd and 4th in Ex-Servicemen (General Category);  2nd and 7th  Balmiki/Mazhibi Sikh Punjab Category and 2nd in Sports Person, Punjab Category had got the tips of success in the Mock Interview trials.The Director General Dr. G. Vajralingam, IAS and Director Sh. Kripa Shankar Saroj, IAS congratulated the successful candidates trained in MGSIPAP and also complimented Dr. J.C. Verma Coordinator Civil Services Coaching Centre, Faculty and Staff for bringing laurels to the Institute.The Director General expressed the hope that Civil Services Coaching Centre in the Institute will soon emerge as a Centre of Excellence for coaching in IAS, PCS and other state services by attracting brilliant students from every nook and corner of the country.
