Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati inaugurated a day long workshop on National Aviation University here today. Minister of State for Civil Aviation Dr. Mahesh Sharma was also present on the occasion. Key officials of the Ministry and experts from the industry and academia deliberated upon measures to sort out initial steps for the University which is soon to be set up. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati said that the objective of the University shall be to develop academic standards of an international level and undertake other measures as it may deemed fit to facilitate the development for skilled aviation manpower including the licensed category of aviation personnel.
