Senior Congress Leader and MLA Inderwal Ghulam Mohammad Saroori has congratulated Leader of Opposition (LOP)in Rajya Sabha (MP), Ghulam Nabi Azad on his re-election to the Rajya Sabha.Saroori in his congratulatory message to the Ghulam Nabi Azad conveyed his hearty congratulations and also expressed a continued confidence in his able leadership. Since he is also a representative of the Jammu and Kashmir, it is a matter of great pride and joy for the people of the state, he said."It is a great honour for Congress party that the people of Jammu and Kashmir, through their elected representatives in the state's legislative assembly, have given Ghulam Nabi Azad an opportunity to serve them again," said Saroori.
"Azad have been representing J&K in the Rajya Sabha ever since 2009 and in this period it has been his constant endeavour to work for the state's development and prosperity to the best of his ability", Saroori said and added that he will continue these efforts in the future too."I once again thank the people of J&K and the members of the Congress and National Conference state's legislative assembly for their trust, love and affection.
