Union minister for Food Processing Industries Harsimrat Kaur Badal has invited United States President Barack Obama to visit the Harmandar Sahab in Amritsar.Interacting with the U.S. president during the banquet held in his honour, Mrs Badal urged the U S President to visit the unique religious and spiritual center at Amritsar to acquaint himself with the Sikh faith and its rich traditions. Disclosing this here today, Assistant Media Advisor to the Deputy CM - Harjinder Sidhu disclosed that the Union minister also asked the U.S. president what he would be taking back with him to the United States. He said Obama took out a small Ganesh idol from his pocket and said he always carried it with him.
