Welcoming the recent statement of UN secretary General Ban ki Moon that the international body was ready to mediate between India and Pakistan to solve Kashmir dispute, Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Wednesday said that the Kashmir dispute was lying on the UN agenda and several resolutions in that regard had been passed by the body.In a statement Mirwaiz said that UN should act now and utilize its all resources to solve the Kashmir issue according to the aspirations of people. He said the resolution should be found on urgent basis to end the era of insecurity and instability in South Asia and also end the misery, suffering and pain of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
