Braving winter chill, voters early started to come out of their homes and exercise their franchise in the third phase of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. Voters at most of the places were seen with the zest to cast their votes. Budgam and Pulwama being sensitive and volatile the poll percentage was low but at the interior of these districts voters were coming out to cast their vote. As third phase of assembly polls were in Baramulla, Pulwama and Budgam, Baramulla district witness brisk voting. Voters were waiting in long queues to cast their vote which they said is for change and devlopment despite separatist boycott call.
