100 Percent Clean Drinking Water For People Would Be Top Priority-Valtoha

The Punjab Government has started some major initiatives to provide 100 percent clean drinking water and senitation facilities across the state. Disclosing this here today, while assuming his office as chief parliamentary secretary of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Sainik Welfare Department,  Virsa singh Valtoha said that presently 81 percent population of Punjab had been covered under the clean drinking water program and this facility would be provided to the remaining people in next one year. He said that Punjab Government has decided to install more 412 Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants in remaining villages across the state soon. Prominent amongst those were present on the occasion  Bikram singh Majithia,  Revenue Minister and  Harmit Singh Sandhu CPS.
