As a part of the Swachh Bharat mission, Air Force Station Halwara undertook a cleanliness drive in the civil areas around Air Force Station Halwara. The entire station personnel including the village volunteer force of the neighbouring villages and the Sarpanches participated in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan conducted by Air Force Station Halwara. This included sweeping of the areas, collection of polythene and disposal of garbage. The response from all persons was whole hearted. prior to commencing the SWACHH ABHIYAAN Air Commodore PK Vohra, administered the pledge to all personnel and the village volunteer force. He also encouraged all personnel to keep their areas and surroundings clean.
