Renowned philanthropist, social worker, and Co-founder of Plaksha University, Karan Gilhotra, was recently conferred the “Outstanding Philanthropist Award” by the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria, at a prestigious ceremony. The award was presented in recognition of Gilhotra’s outstanding contributions to social service, education, youth empowerment, and public welfare. 

Over the years, he has been actively involved in numerous initiatives aimed at advancing education, uplifting communities, and creating a lasting positive impact on society. Expressing his gratitude after receiving the honour, Karan Gilhotra said the award inspires him to continue serving society with greater dedication and commitment. 

He added that his mission is to bring meaningful and lasting change to the lives of people through education, innovation, and inclusive social development.
