MLA Jammu East and senior BJP leader Yudhvir Sethi on Saturday organised a grand celebration at Lala Bhutaram Market in Jammu East to mark the Bharatiya Janata Party’s magnificent victory in West Bengal and the swearing-in of Suvendu Adhikari as the state’s first BJP Chief Minister. The event was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit by party workers, local residents, and supporters.
On the occasion of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s magnificent victory in West Bengal and the swearing-in of Shri Suvendu Adhikari as the state’s first BJP Chief Minister, a halwa distribution programme was organised. On the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi distributed Halwa and sweets among party workers, traders, and members of the public to share the joy of the party’s victory.
The entire market area witnessed a festive atmosphere with BJP supporters raising slogans in praise of the party leadership and celebrating what they described as a major victory of nationalism and development-oriented politics. Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi paid rich tributes to Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, renowned educationist, and a strong nationalist leader who made the supreme sacrifice for the unity and integrity of Jammu and Kashmir.
He said it was a matter of pride that the land associated with Dr. Mukherjee had witnessed a historic rise of the BJP and the growing acceptance of nationalist ideology among the people. Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yudhvir Sethi said the massive public support received by the BJP reflects the people’s unwavering faith in the leadership, vision, and developmental policies of Prime Minister Modi.
He stated that under Modi’s leadership, the BJP has emerged as a symbol of nationalism, good governance, transparency, and inclusive development across the country. “This overwhelming public support is a symbol of nationalism, development, and the people’s unshakable trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership,” Sethi said.
He also expressed gratitude to BJP workers, supporters, and the people of Jammu East for their active participation and enthusiasm, stating that their dedication made the celebration memorable and successful.
