Aam Aadmi Party’s state chief spokesperson, MLA, and former Cabinet Minister of Punjab, S. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, expressed खुशी (happiness) over the enthusiastic participation of women and rural residents in the ‘Four Glorious Years with Bhagwant Mann’ dialogue programs held today in villages Dabbar Basti, Talwandi Rai Dadu, Chhota Fatehwal, Chakk Dogran, Wanjhawala, Nangal, Sarai, Riar, and Ugar Aulakh, despite adverse weather conditions.

He said that apart from today’s events, similar programs held over the past eight days in dozens of villages also saw spontaneous and enthusiastic participation from rural people, reflecting their love and respect. Encouraged by this response, he stated that he is further strengthened in his political will to establish a new government degree and vocational training college in the border area of Bikraur at a cost of ₹15 crore, construct a new road from Ghonewal on the Dhussi bund of the Ravi River to Gullgarh at a cost of ₹60 crore, and complete other multi-dimensional development works worth crores in the constituency.

He added that efforts are also being made to generate employment, strengthen law and order, and implement welfare schemes in education, health, and other sectors to eliminate the stigma of backwardness in the region. Dhaliwal said that after independence, traditional parties that ruled Punjab for 70 years had neglected the border constituency of Ajnala in terms of development and employment, leaving it marked by backwardness.

He appealed to people to strengthen the hands of the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, stating that in the 2022 Punjab Assembly elections, voters had chosen the Mann government to free themselves from issues like alleged loot, robberies, crimes against women, drug abuse, corruption, and gangsterism under previous regimes.

He said that by implementing 100% of its election guarantees within four years and living up to the trust of the people, the government has successfully won public confidence. To maintain this trust, voters across Punjab are already preparing to ensure victory for the Mann government on 100 Assembly seats in the 2027 elections, compared to 92 previously.

He added that this is clearly evident from the enthusiastic participation of people in the ‘Four Glorious Years with Bhagwant Mann’ programs being held across all 117 Assembly constituencies, including Ajnala. On this occasion, Khushpal Singh Dhaliwal, PA Mukhtar Singh Baladwal, Gurjant Singh Sohi, Urban President and Chairman Amit Aul, Advocate Sandeep Kaushal Gattu, Block President Sarabjit Singh, Harmanjeet Singh Nangal, along with many panchs, sarpanchs, dignitaries, and volunteers were present in large numbers.
