Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab State Media In-charge Baltej Pannu welcomed the announcement made by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann regarding the launch of the new welfare scheme ‘Meri Rasoi’. He said that this initiative once again reflects the Bhagwant Mann government’s commitment to stand firmly with the people of Punjab, especially economically weaker sections.

Under the ‘Meri Rasoi’ scheme, blue card holders across the state will receive a ration kit every three months. The kit will include essential food items such as pulses, salt, turmeric, and mustard oil, ensuring that families have access to nutritious and quality ingredients for their kitchens.

On this, AAP Punjab Media In-charge Baltej Pannu stated that the Bhagwant Mann government will ensure proper verification and quality checks before distribution so that only genuine beneficiaries receive the kits and that the food items provided are pure and safe for consumption. “This scheme is not just about ration distribution; it is about dignity, food security, and the well-being of every household,” he said.

He added that the Mann government is consistently working to ease the financial burden on common people and will continue introducing people-centric initiatives in the future.
