Minister for Health & Medical Education,  Taj Mohi-ud-Din today informed the House that Government will ensure establishment of newly sanctioned health centres under NRHM in different identified areas before 15th September, 2014.Regarding compensation on account of damages of horticulture and other crops due to hail storm and rain, the Minister informed that a detailed survey by the concerned authorities is underway and after getting details the Government will take appropriate decision on the issue.Regarding the regularization of teachers engaged under Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyaalya programme,  Taj said the issue is under the active consideration of the Government like other daily rated workers engaged in different departments.

The Minister was intervening on the points raised by  Balwant Singh Mankotia,  Abdul Razzak Zawoora,  Ashok Kumar and  Abdul Haq Khan during the Zero Hour in the House today. Abdul Rehman Veeri demanded free power share to the State from NHPC power projects at par with Himachal Pradesh State. Ashwani Kumar Sharma expressed concern over the border firing and called for concrete steps to stop the ceasefire violations by Pakistan. He also sought addressing the issue of west Pakistani/PoK refugees at the earliest.  Ajaz Jan demanded expeditious completion of on-going developmental works and posting of adequate medical staff in Poonch. Radhey Sham Sharma demanded early declaration of result of Class-IV posts in Education Department in Nowshera for which interviews were conducted in 2006. Irfan Shah demanded improvement in drinking water scenario in Batmalloo constituency. Mrs. Indu Pawar demanded appropriate steps for the conservation and preservation of Surinsar-Mansar and Kaunsarnag lakes.

Shabir Khan demanded early implementation of newly announced reservation policy for Pahari speaking people. Charanjeet Singh advocated separate pision for Kathua in view of larger area.  Mohammad Sharief Niaz and Krishan Chander Bhagat demanded regularization of CP Workers, Casual Labourers engaged in Education Department. Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen sought adequate funds for strengthening the power infrastructure in Khan Sahib Constituency. Harshdev Singh demanded enhancement of honorarium to SPOs and VDC Members. Ashok Khajuria demanded expeditious completion of on-going development works in Jammu city. Jagdesh Raj Spolia demanded basic facilities for Degree College Basohli. Rafi Ahmed Mir demanded immediate replacement of outlived ambulances in his Constituency.Peer Mansoor Hussain demanded tehsil status for Achhabal. Ch. Zulfikar Ali demanded more administrative units in his Constituency. Prof. Gharu Ram demanded improvement in the power infrastructure in R.S.Pura.  Sham Choudhary demanded augmentation of Badyal Brahmana receiving station to improve the power scenario in his constituency.  Yashpal Kundal called for proper implementation of SC/ST Reservation Act.

G. M. Saroori demanded early clearing of NREGA liabilities in Doda district.  Bharat Bushan demanded early inauguration of Paloura Degree College.  Baldev Raj Sharma demanded early disposal of all SRO-43 cases in his Constituency. Syed Bashir Ahmed called for shifting of Tosamaidan firing range to a safer place without disturbing the populated areas. Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta demanded earmarking funds ward-wise for undertaking developmental activities.

Mohammad Khalil Band and Zahoor Mir demanded adequate funds for repair and black topping of roads in their constituencies. Dr. Shafi Ahmed Wani called for protecting the cooperative assets in Beerwah constituency. Rafiq Hussain Khan demanded steps to check wildlife attacks on the civilians and adequate compensation for such victims in his Constituency.  Mushtaq Ahmed Shah advocated reservation for Sikh community in Valley.  Javed Mustafa Mir raised the issue of persion of funds by JK Housing Board to Jammu for the works other than those earmarked and sought enquiry in the matter. Er. Sheikh Abdul Rashid and  Mohammad Ashraf Ganai also raised issues of public importance pertaining to their areas. (KNS)
