Terming the participation of Kashmiris inevitable for the success of any future dialogue over Kashmir, Mirwaiz told the envoy that the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmiris should be respected since they were the primary stake holders to the Kashmir dispute, and by avoiding them, no permanent solution to the vexed dispute could be arrived at, he added.

The envoy told Mirwaiz that issue could be solved only through meaningful dialogue and vexed dispute of Kashmir has to be solved in its proper historical and political context through result oriented dialogue between the three stake holders.
