While presiding over the meeting, the Health Minister said that 5 more new OOAT clinics are also being set up in Rupnagar district for the convenience of patients so that the youth coming forward for treatment after quitting drugs do not have to go to far-flung areas to get medicine and they can also do their daily activities.

He further said that after providing treatment to the drug addicts in the drug de-addiction centers, skill development training is also being provided.
