Aryans Group is organizing “ 2nd Admission cum Scholarship Counselling” for the students on 5 August at Aryans Campus situated on Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, Near Chandigarh. Interested students can get registered on Toll Free Helpline 1800-30000-388 or on www.aryans.edu.in.Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges said that under Dr Kiran Bedi Scholarship Scheme, Aryans has decided to give scholarship to a total of 25 meritorious students. As per the scheme, a total of 5 students having more than 90% marks in 10th/10+2 would get 100% Scholarship, whereas for 20 students having more than 75%, half of the fee will be waived off and the other half will be financed in shape of Education Loan by Dena Bank.
Dr Kataria told that Counselling is especially for the Students who have passed 10th, 12th and Graduation and want to take admission in Professional courses like MBA, BBA, BCA, B.A., B.Tech 1st Year (Civil, Mechanical, CSE, EEE & ECE), B.Tech (LEET), B.Ed, B.Com, Polytechnic, Nursing (GNM), +1, etcMr. B.S. Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group said that there are various career options available to the students after completing 10th, 12th and Graduation. But students are not fully aware of all those options, due to which either they go by the choice of their friends or sometimes choose such courses which have less career prospects. Ms Varinder Kaur, Deputy Director, Aryans Group said that there are many students who are good at studies but could not achieve good percentage in their previous examination. Because of this, they could not get seat in the Colleges of Chandigarh. He added that Aryans is providing chance to those students also so that they may show their caliber and get the admission in the course of their choice.
She further added that in the counseling, students will get on the spot admission, on the spot scholarship and on the spot education loan. She added that on the occasion, Scholarships would also be given to meritorious Students. The candidates must bring their academic and income documents. She added that on the occasion, students will also be provided awareness about various scholarship schemes available for SC, ST and OBC candidates.It is to be mentioned that due to limited number of seats in the colleges of Chandigarh, many Tricity students are not able to get the courses of their choice. Due to which either they are dropping their year or taking admission in another course.
