Haryana's former Home and Health Minister Anil Vij criticizing the manifesto released by Congress today, said, "This is not a manifesto, but a letter of deceit and a bundle of lies. It should be thrown into the river." Sh. Vij was interacting with media persons today while campaigning from shop to shop in the markets of Ambala Cantt.
He mocked Congress' promise of making Haryana drug-free, saying, "Congress is a habitually deceitful party. During the Himachal elections, they promised to give women gas cylinders for ₹500, but what’s the current situation? They can't even pay salaries. As for Congress' promise to make Haryana drug-free, it's nothing big. In Himachal, they said they will cultivate cannabis and sell it, and in Haryana, they say they'll make it drug-free. It's the same party, and how it changes its stance after winning can be seen in our neighboring state, he added."
