Haryana Minister of State for Urban Local Bodies, Subhash Sudha said that the dismissed Safai Karamcharis of the Gurugram Municipal Corporation will be reinstated soon. He stated, "I consider Safai Karamchari as forms of God.".Sh. Subhash Sudha chaired a meeting with representatives of the Nagar Palika Karamchari Sangh Haryana in Chandigarh today. Director, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. Yashpal, was also present at the meeting.
He stated that Safai Karamchari will be hired based on the area and population of the city. Educated Safai Karamchari will be promoted to Group C positions based on their qualifications. He also assured that any issues with the 311 Mobile Sanitation App will be resolved quickly.
The Minister of Urban Local Bodies said that Safai Darogas will be provided with petrol allowances and mobile expenses. Apart from this, he stated that when panchayats are merged into municipalities, the Safai Karamchari and tube well operators working in the panchayats will be retained by the respective municipality under the same terms and conditions.
Any contracts related to Safai Karamcharis will ensure that salaries are given special attention. Apart from this, regular recruitment of Safai Karamcharis will be conducted soon.
जल्द किया जाएगा बर्खास्त सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों को बहाल : सुभाष सुधा

हरियाणा के शहरी स्थानीय निकाय राज्यमंत्री श्री सुभाष सुधा ने कहा कि नगर निगम गुरुग्राम में बर्खास्त किए गए सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों को जल्द बहाल किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों को भगवान का रूप मानता हूँ। सुभाष सुधा आज चंडीगढ़ में नगर पालिका कर्मचारी संघ हरियाणा के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। बैठक में शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के निदेशक श्री यशपाल भी मौजूद रहे।
उन्होंने कहा कि सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों की शहर के क्षेत्रफल व आबादी के हिसाब से भर्ती की जाएगी साथ ही पढ़े लिखे सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों को योग्यता के आधार पर ग्रुप सी के पदों पर पदोन्नति के लिए अनुरोध करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि 311 मोबाइल स्वच्छता ऐप में कोई दिक़्क़त न हो, इसे जल्द ही ठीक किया जाएगा। शहरी स्थानीय निकाय राज्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सफ़ाई दारोग़ाओं को पेट्रोल भत्ता तथा मोबाइल का ख़र्चा भी दिया जाएगा।
इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायतों से पालिका में शामिल होने पर पंचायतों में लगे सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों और ट्यूबवेल ऑपरेटरों को संबंधित पालिका द्वारा उन्ही टर्म एण्ड कंडिशन पर रखा जाएगा। सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों से संबंधित कोई भी ठेका दिया जाएगा तो उसमें वेतन का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों की जल्द ही नियमित भर्ती भी की जाएगी।
