BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala while referring to Punjab minister Balkar Singh's obscene case said the new name of Aam Aadmi Party i.e. AAP should now be called Anti-Aurat Party. "Whenever the issue of misbehavior with women by the leaders of this party comes to light, he will fight for the respect of women and to provide them justice.
And instead of speaking against it, they are seen standing with the culprits. Poonawala said the country is seeing these leaders of INDI alliance as their selective silence, which it will not tolerate any more. He said the latest case has come to light of Balkar Singh, a minister in the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab.
He will not say much about this shameful video of Balkar Singh which is becoming increasingly viral on social media, because it is in front of the whole country how the minister of Aam Aadmi Party government is exploiting a young woman in exchange for getting her a job.
Even after this entire episode came to light, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is seen with accused Balkar Singh during the election campaign in Jalandhar. He said Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is the nominee Chief Minister, while Kejriwal is the doer.
They should have immediately dismissed the miscreant minister of Punjab after this incident came to light and a high level inquiry should be conducted, but they are roaming around in the name of taking strict action against him.
However, the Women Commission has taken cognizance of this matter. But in Chandigarh, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party candidate Manish Tewari has not yet given any statement in this matter.

Shahzad Poonawala said for reservation on the basis of religion the INDI alliance is bent upon opposing the Constitution for the Muslim vote bank and on top of that it talks about saving the Constitution. He said the INDI alliance accuses the BJP of being communal, whereas going against the Constitution and thinking of reservation on the basis of religion is communalism.
He asked the INDI alliance that why don't you give in writing that we will never give reservation to Muslims by cutting the OBC quota. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has strongly attacked this attitude of the INDI alliance.
BJP President Jatinder Pal Malhotra said the INDI alliance has only one slogan: remove Modi, remove Modi, but it has no vision of what to do after this. INDI alliance does not have any roadmap as to what will be the condition and direction of India.
He said the last phase of elections is on June 1 and only a few days are left for the results to be declared. It will not be known where the INDI alliance went as soon as the results were declared.

भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता शहजाद पूनावाला ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार और महिलाओं से दुराचार आम आदमी पार्टी का शिष्टाचार और व्यवहार बन चुका है। उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ भाजपा प्रदेश कार्यालय में प्रेसवार्ता में कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी यानी एएपी का नया नाम अब एंटी औरत पार्टी बोलना चाहिए,क्योंकि जब भी इस पार्टी के नेताओं द्वारा महिलाओं से दुराचार की बात सामने आती है तो वह महिलाओं के सम्मान और उन्हें न्याय दिलाने और उनके समर्थन में बोलने की बजाए दुराचारियों के साथ खड़े दिखाई देते हैं।
फिर चाहे देश में राशन कार्ड बनवाने का नया माडल देने वाले आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली से विधायक रहे संदीप कुमार हों या अपनी ही पत्नी का उत्पीड़न करने वाले दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्री रहे सोमनाथ भारती,अनुसूचित समाज के बच्चों के साथ दुराचार करने वाले लाल चंद कटार चक, विभव कुमार और नौकरी दिलाने की एवज में 21 साल की युवती के साथ दुराचार करने वाले पंजाब के मंत्री बलकार सिंह हों।
शहजाद पूनावाला ने कहा कि महिलाओं से दुराचार करने वाले आम आदमी पार्टी के इन नेताओं को हर बार केजरीवाल का संरक्षण क्यों मिलता है ? इसका जवाब कम से कम इंडी गठबंधन के नेताओं को जरुर अरविंद केजरीवाल से लेना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी,प्रियंका गांधी,मनीष तिवारी,ममता बैनर्जी,अखिलेश यादव,प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी से मेरा सवाल है कि आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं द्वारा लगातार किए जा रहे महिलाओं से दुराचार के मामलों में यह सब खामोश क्यों है ?
पूनावाला ने कहा कि इंडी गंठबंधन के इन नेताओं को देश इनकी चयनात्मक चुप्पी के रुप में देख रहा है,जिसे वह और बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा।उन्होंने कहा कि ताजा मामला पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार में मंत्री बलकार सिंह का सामने आया है। सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रही बलकार सिंह की इस शर्मनाक वीडियो के बारे में वह ज्यादा कुछ नहीं बोलेंगे,क्योंकि यह पूरे देश के सामने हैं कि किस तरह से आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार का मंत्री एक युवती को नौकरी दिलाने की एवज में शोषण करता दिखाई दे रहा है।
इस पूरे प्रकरण के सामने आने के बाद भी दिल्ली के सीएम अऱविंद केजरीवाल जालंधर में चुनाव प्रचार अभियान के दौरान आरोपी बलकार सिंह के साथ नजर आते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब के सीएम भगवंत मान तो नोमिनी मुख्यमंत्री हैं,जबकि कर्ताधर्ता तो केजरीवाल हैं। उन्हें चाहिए था कि इस घटनाक्रम के सामने आने के तुरंत बाद पंजाब के दुराचारी मंत्री को तुरंत बर्खास्त कर उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराई जाए,लेकिन वह उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई कराने के नाम साथ घूम रहे हैं।
हालांकि इस मामले में भारतीय महिला आयोग ने संज्ञान लिया है। मगर चंडीगढ़ में कांग्रेस और आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रत्याशी मनीष तिवारी ने अब तक इस मामले में कोई बयान नहीं दिया। चंडीगढ़ में समर्थन की वजह से वह इस घनौने घटनाक्रम पर महिलाओं के हक में बोलने की बजाए चुप बैठे हैं,जबकि पंजाब के पूर्व सीएम चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी और संगरुर से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी सुखपाल खैरा ने इस घटनाक्रम की निंदा की है।
शहजाद पूनावाला ने धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण पर कहा कि इंडी गठबंधन मुस्लिम वोट बैंक के लिए संविधान के खिलाफ मुजरा करने पर तुला है और ऊपर से संविधान बचाने की बात करता है,जबकि हकीकत यह है कि इंडी गठबंधन के नेता मुस्लिम वोट के लिए बाबा साहिब के संविधान के खिलाफ जा रहे हैं।उन्होंने कहा कि इंडी गठबंधन भाजपा पर सांप्रदायिक होने के आरोप लगाता है,जबकि संविधान के खिलाफ जाकर धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण की सोच रखना सांप्रदायिकता है।
उन्होंने इंडी गठबंधन से सवाल किया कि आप लिख कर क्यों नहीं देते कि हम कभी भी ओबीसी कोटा को काट कर मुस्लिम धर्म को आरक्षण नहीं देंगे।उन्होंने कहा कि इंडी गठबंधन के इस रवैये पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कड़ा प्रहार किया है।भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष जतिंदर पाल मल्होत्रा ने कहा कि इंडी गठबंधन का एक ही नारा है मोदी हटाओ,मोदी हटाओ,लेकिन इसके बाद क्या करना है,इसका कोई विजन उसके पास नहीं है।
भारत की दशा और दिशा क्या होगी, इसका कोई रोडमैप इंडी गठबंधन के पास नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि एक जून को चुनाव का अंतिम चरण है और चंद दिन बचे हैं परिणाम घोषित होने में। परिणाम घोषित होते ही इंडी गठबंधन कहां गया,पता भी नहीं लगेगा।
