Secretary ARI & Trainings, Shabnam Kamili today chaired a Public Darbar in Panchayat Dori, Block Kharah Balli, to address local concerns. The meeting was also attended by the DDC Member and other public representatives besides local citizens.

Among various issues, the need for improved educational facilities and infrastructure were prominently raised during the meetings. The importance of enhanced staff and facilities at the local Primary Health Centre were also raised. Reliable and sufficient drinking water supply remained another priority of the public.

Addressing water supply concerns, the Secretary highlighted the ongoing works under Jal Jeevan Mission, assuring swift action. It was also informed to the public that the requirement of medical facilities at the PHC have already been noted and being taken up for fulfilment.

In her address, the Secretary highlighted the government's unwavering efforts to improve overall conditions and elevate the status of citizens in the Union Territory. Roads and infrastructure development remain key focus areas, she reiterated.

Shabnam Kamili, with patience and diligence, personally addressed individual grievances, issuing stern instructions to officials for public welfare. She emphasised the role of Public Darbars as a direct link between the government and grassroots levels.The gathering included SDM Khour, Chief Planning Officer, Tehsildar and BDO and other sectoral officers.
