Cosmix Deal or No Deal In Shark Tank India

What appears to be a routine pitch quickly turns into an exciting show of deft maneuvering. With his characteristic serenity, Peyush expresses his curiosity, but the waters soon begin to churn. Two sharks with distinct financial acumen, Anupam Mittal and Namita Thapar, recognize the opportunity and are not going to let it pass them by without a struggle. Namita Thapar made the initial offer, which was Rs 1 crore for 2% equity. Anupam Mittal made another offer, but he subsequently withdrew from the agreement because he was not prepared to take less than 2% equity.  Additionally, Peyush Bansal made them an offer of Rs 1 crore for 2% ownership and 1% royalty up to a recovery of Rs 1 crore. The contract with Namita Thapar was eventually finalized for Rs 1 crore for 1% equity along with 1% royalty till 1 crore is recovered, following a great deal of negotiation and counteroffers.
