Blix Shark Tank Business Deals
In the Shark Tank show Abbas offered 2% shares in return for his request to fund 80 lakhs. Aman Gupta makes Abbas an initial offer of 40 lakh for 4% equity and the remaining 40 lakh as debt with an 11% interest rate. Abbas must decline the debt because his business is not profitable.
All Shark Tank Judges Offer For Blix Toys
Abbas consented to this condition as he was sure there wouldn't be any disputes between him and his brother, but Aman also stated that if there was ever a dispute in the future between Abbas and Moiz, Aman would be free to purchase Abbas's share in Zephyr.
Later, Aman and Ritesh Agarwal gave Rs 1 Crore for 6.25% stock, while Peyush provided 80 lakhs for 4% equity. Vineeta Singh and Anupam Mittal also made an 80 lakhs offer for 5% equity. After hearing about all of these offers, Abbas called her wife, the COO of Blix, and counteroffered, offering 90 lakhs for 3%. Up until this point, Vineeta and Anupam had not been taken out. Following the first pitch, the founders talked about their goals for the company, how they would run it, and what actions they would take in the event of a family dispute. Abbas received many offers from all the sharks after satisfying them with all the replies.
