With a stellar career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry, Sahana brings a wealth of experience and expertise in sales leadership and event management to her new role.
Sahana's expertise in account prospecting, client relationship management, negotiation skills, and strategic team development has earned her widespread recognition. Her remarkable achievements include her instrumental role in the launch of The Taj Taal Kutir Convention Centre and her leadership in the Catering Sales Department at Taj City Centre New Town, where she spearheaded the formation of the sales team during the pre-opening phase.

Her extensive experience as a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach has seen her hold significant roles at esteemed establishments such as , The Oberoi Amarvilas, ITC Grand Maratha, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Swissotel Kolkata, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, and ITC Sonar, Kolkata. Notable accomplishments include spearheading annual objectives for catering teams, boosting sales across multiple properties, and introducing successful sales and pricing tactics.
