Achieving yet another milestone in the Punjab school education, all the Government High Schools of the Sunam Assembly constituency have been equipped with XR Labs. Punjab Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Minister Aman Arora on Saturday launched the ambitious project of XR Labs with 4D feature in all government high schools.

With this Sunam has become the first constituency not only in Punjab but also in the country where all high schools are equipped with this ultra-modern facility.During the inauguration ceremony held at Government Senior Secondary School (Girls) Sunam, Mr Aman Arora said that this Extended Realty (XR) Labs project has been started in collaboration with the German based company Miracle.IO, with which our students will be able to make great strides in the future by polishing their creative and qualitative thinking.

He said that these labs will prove beneficial in making subjects like science more interesting, whereby students will be able to understand and analyse every aspect of the subject matter on the screen in 4D by sitting in the classroom and learn practically within a limited time. He said that this important project has been completed with the support of Nexgen and Indian Bank.

The Cabinet Minister said that about 4 months ago, all the 18 government senior secondary schools of Sunam assembly constituency were also equipped with state-of-the-art robotic labs, which have started showing good results.

Encouraging the students to work harder, he said that the Chief Minister S Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab government will not leave any stone unturned to provide the world-class education facilities to students. Recently, Punjab government has released Rs1600 crore with the aim of further raising the standard of education in the state, he added.

On this occasion, the school student Jasleen Kaur shared her experience and said that she has been studying through the robotic lab for the last 4 months and she is developing intellectual thoughts by constantly discussing with students from other states of the country.

Appreciating the girl, the cabinet minister said that every child has some unique quality which needs to be nurtured and their government is continuously working in this direction. He said that with the use of hi-tech technology, students will strengthen their self-confidence and will be able to present their skills to the whole world.

Ms Krishna Toprani, Venture Builder of Miracle.IO gave technical training to teachers and students about this technology, while General Manager Vijay Sarangi and Manager Sanjay Kumar of Indian Bank thanked Punjab Government and Cabinet Minister Aman Arora. School principal Neelam Rani shared the vote of thanks. Nexgen CEO Amit Singla, Chairman Market Committee Mukesh Juneja were also present on the occasion.
