The event took place on 23rd Sept 2023 at the university's picturesque campus, marking a significant milestone in the journey of the graduating students. The Convocation ceremony was a momentous occasion attended by distinguished guests, esteemed faculty members, Staff, proud parents, and the graduands themselves.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao - Chairman, The Judicial Preview Committee – Govt of AP, as the Chief guest, and Ashish Sharma–Director, Microsoft attended as the Guest of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao - Chairman, The Judicial Preview Committee – Govt of AP said, that the hard work and dedication are indisputably the cornerstones of student success, and Convocations serve as a day to mark the culmination of their accomplishments.

During the ceremony, a total of 1611 students graduated, including 16 gold medallists and 70 rank holders, across Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. programs in Engineering and Management.
