The Director said that the department is vigorously working to ensure proper, complete irrigation facilities to the saffron farmers. He said 72 borewells have already been provided to the saffron farmers and efforts are on to ensure that remaining borewells are handed-over to the concerned saffron farmers so that the sufficient irrigation facilities are made possible.
