Teachers' Day 2023 was celebrated with exceptional enthusiasm and joy at Government Model Higher Secondary School in Ramnagar, in loving memory of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the renowned educationist, writer, and statesman.

The event was graced by the presence of Udhampur's Chairperson, Lal Chand, who served as the chief guest, and Station House Officer Ramnagar, Sohan Singh, who honored the occasion as the guest of honor.

Students presented a lively cultural program that paid tribute to this special day. The program included various performances that showcased the talents of the students. Both students and teachers delivered inspiring speeches highlighting the significance of Teachers' Day and the remarkable contributions of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.

During his address, DDC Chairperson Lal Chand emphasized the importance of embracing the principles and ideas of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, emphasizing the significance of this day. Ishani and Pearl, students from the 11th grade, adeptly conducted the program.

The event was attended by Principal Manjeet Singh, dedicated staff members, and enthusiastic students, all coming together to celebrate the occasion.The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Rishi Kumar, the lecturer in Physical Education.
