Films with entertainment are good but films with entertainment packed with a social message are the best and our recently released Punjabi movie Balle O Chalaak Sajjna is just a testimony to it which has finally come out in theatres with a lot of drama, emotions and a bunch of distinct elements with unexpected twists and turns introducing you to a different perspective of society.

Story
The story starts with the marriage of two brothers Raj Jhinjer (Hakam) & Vikram Chouhan (Variyam) with Harashjot Kaur (Laali) & Molina Sodhi (Channi) respectively. The daily routine of going to their separate jobs marks the beginning of a happy family's trip, but certain circumstances cause individuals in the area around them to wonder about the family's daily activities. And these situations caused family misunderstandings leading to fights and distrust between them. Will the trust between the family prevail or not will be disclosed in the movie.
Acting
All of the characters played their individual roles at their best and contributed well in delivering a perfect story in the finest way possible.Raj Jhinjar persona as a husband and a brother was quite innocent and pleasing which flickered from his role portrayal and Harshjot Kaur who played the role of his wife depicted similar nature which sparked a captivating chemistry between them as a couple.
Vikram Chouhan played the best role offering a lot to the audiences with his versatile nature depicting numerous emotions be it funny, romantic, emotional or dramatic in the film. On the contrary, Molina Sodhi who played his wife’s role and moulded herself flawlessly adapted different emotions according to the situations.
Nirmal Rishi, Mahabir Bhullar, Rupinder Rupi, Parkash Gadhu, Raj Dhaliwal, Parminder Barnala, Aman Sutdhar, Gurpreet Toti, Dilraj Uday, Sukhwinder Raj, Harman Virk played their parts well and supported each other completely.
Direction
Director Royal Singh did a magnificent job in creating the essence of a typical family drama film set in the backdrops of Punjab village giving old classic vintages vibes with the understanding and use of perfect locations. He really needs to be appreciated for managing a massive star cast and bringing out their powerful characters but failed to justify the roles of some supporting cast members whose presence didn’t affect the film much.
A special mention to the moment in which both the brothers step inside a fight scene in the fare as it captured everyone’s attention. The sequence grabbed eyeballs with its perfect execution.
Music
The flick contains 3 songs in total out of which you are already well versed with the 2 released songs. All the three tracks were utterly distinct from each other and were perfectly fit in the situations wherever needed and nothing seemed to be forcefully added which really helped in maintaining the pace of the film. Each of the songs has its own emotion and vibe and deserves an equal appreciation.
Conclusion
Overall, we conclude to a point that Balle O Chalaak Sajjna is a full fledged drama entertainer with a perfect amalgam of ensemble cast, narrative, and great execution delivering a thought provoking message to the society. Team 5 Dariya News gives 4 Stars to Balle O Chalaak Sajjna.
