Material Testing Lab inaugurated at Bandipora

Chief Engineer R&B Kashmir,  Er. Rafiq Ahmad  Rafiq along with Superintending Engineer R&B Circle Ganderbal/ Bandipora Er. Nisar Ahmad Lala in presence of Ex. Engineer R&B Division Bandipora  Er. Assadullah Najar on Thursday inaugurated District Material Testing Lab at Nathpora Kaloosa, Bandipora.

Ex. Engineer R&B Bandipora Er. Assadullah Najar informed that the testing lab is  fully equipped laboratory with the latest technology equipment/ machinery used in testing for various construction works. 

It was given out that project cost of the labortory is 57.26.Speaking on the occasion, Chief Engineer Rafiq Ahmad Rafiq said that the laboratory is equipped with technology to conduct concrete and soil tests. 

He said that laboratory is equipped to conduct cube test, brick test, wood test, cement test and other necessary tests besides various kinds of soil tests to ensure quality material for developmental works. 

He said the labortory is a major boost to quality control for developmental works and will ensure effective  quality control in execution of developmental works.
