Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has also opposed the controversial ordinance of the central government on Delhi. After meeting the AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Friday in Ranchi, Hemant Soren announced his support to the Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal and said that we and our party are totally against this ordinance of the Center because this ordinance is against the country's democracy and democratic system.

Hemant Soren said that today all the non-BJP ruled states of the country have a similar situation. The Modi government is trying to stop them in every way and always tries to trouble the governments of the opposition parties on one pretext or the other. Hemant Soren said that we will discuss this issue in the party and prepare a comprehensive strategy against this ordinance of the central government.

On Friday, AAP convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MPs Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha and Delhi Education Minister Atishi reached Ranchi to meet Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

Kejriwal thanked Jharkhand CM, says - I have a brotherly relationship with Hemant Soren, we often discuss issues related to the country. On this occasion, Arvind Kejriwal thanked the Jharkhand CM in a media conference and said that he has a brotherly relationship with Hemant Soren. We both often discuss issues related to the country.

He said that only a few days after the formation of our government in Delhi, the Modi government had taken away the right of transfer posting of Delhi government officers by issuing a notification. Then we along with the people of Delhi fought an eight-year-long battle against this notification, after which the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the people of Delhi and said that the right to transfer and posting of officers should rest with the elected government of Delhi.

But Prime Minister Modi could not digest this defeat. Then he dictatorially usurped the authority of the Delhi government by bringing an ordinance against the Supreme Court's decision.

Kejriwal said that if all the opposition parties unite in the Rajya Sabha, then this bill will not be passed. He said that we are going across the country seeking support from all the parties because this bill is against the democracy and the federal system of our country. All parties should rise above their personal interests and oppose this bill in the Parliament.

Modi govt trying to rule through its nominated people instead of elected people in the states - Mann

Addressing the media, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that the country's medal winning sportspersons were immersing their medals in the Ganga. If we do not take action on time, then in the coming days we will be immersing our democracy in Ganga too.

Chief Minister Mann said that today BJP wins by conducting by-elections in the states where it loses elections. After losing the election, they form their government by buying and selling a large number of MLAs.

Mann said that this fight is not only about Delhi and the Aam Aadmi Party. This is a fight to save the country's democracy and federal system. Today the Modi government is trying to rule the states through its nominees instead of elected representatives. Mann said that Prime Minister Modi has become very arrogant.  But they should know that in a democracy, the people are the master and they can beat you too.
