Bharatiya Janata Party Punjab Vice President and daughter of ex CM Captain Amarinder Singh, Jai Inder Kaur today welcomed over 400 youngsters into the partyfold in a grand function at Patiala's MotiBagh Palace. The prominent youth leaders that joined the BJP today included Ex SOI District Patiala President Harjeet Singh Bittu Ghagha, Harpal Singh Laddi, Satwinder Singh Mani, Harinder Singh dugal, prince Sharma, Amandeep singh, Tarsem singh saini, Tarsem singh sidhu, Anmol sidhu, Amandeep singh, Kulwinder Singh Kheri, Zimmy Gill, Laddi Mamu, Maninder Billa, Aman, Happy Mannu Judge, Davy, Gurjeet Singh, Prem Sharma, Jas Preet, Nachter Singh, Soni Niyal, among others.
After formally welcoming the large number of youngsters belonging mainly from Patiala's Shutrana district, Jai Inder Kaur said, "I am delighted to welcome you all into the Bharatiya Janata Party. Youngsters are the backbone of our society and they have a very vital role to play in the socio-political scenario of our country.
These youngsters are the ones that are going to decide the future course of our country and it is very heartwarming to see you all actively taking part in politics." The Bharatiya Janata Party State VP further said, "Ours is a people centric party working day and night for the betterment of Punjab and the entire nation.
Impressed by the pro people policies of the party & the hardwork done by my family, the people of Patiala are joining the BJP in large numbers. Punjab needs a stable leadership that the current AAP government has failed to provide and I am sure that in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections people of Punjab will pose their faith in us and we will win all 13 Lok Sabha seats of Punjab."
Speaking at the occasion, the BJP Yuva Morcha President Kanwarveer Singh Tohra said, "I welcome all the youngsters that have joined the party today and have provided more strength to our Yuva Morcha. Out of the whole state the BJP is getting the most overwhelming response from Patiala District as people of Patiala are lucky to have such hardworking leaders in Captain Amarinder Singh, MP Patiala Preneet Kaur and Biba Jai Inder Kaur.
It is important for a leader to stand with the workers in their tough times and this is well demonstrated in the leadership of Captain Amarinder Singh Ji's entire family." After joining the BJP, Ex SOI District Patiala President Harjeet Singh Bittu Ghagha said, "I am extremely thankful to Jai Inder Kaur ji for welcoming me and my team into the BJP fold and I assure you that we will work hard diligently under your leadership for the upliftment and betterment of the party and our society at large.
For the past 16 years we had been working hard for Shiromani Akali Dal but no one cared for us and dejected by that and impressed by the caring attitude of the Captain family we decided to join the BJP under your leadership and now we will work hard to take the party to even newer heights in Punjab."
