The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYS&S) Kulgam today organised a Bike Rally under the banner of G20 Summit.The rally was flagged- off by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat from Mini Secretariat, here.
The event witnessed participation of more than 100 bikers from across the district.DYSSO and other officers were also present on the occasion.
