Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Mahajan today launched Online Public Grievances Redressal Monitoring System. With this facility, the People of the District can access the web portal at www.adhbutdoda.org and lodge their complaints in a simple and transparent manner.
The district administration has launched the grievances redressal mechanism to provide the people an efficient, effective, transparent, easy and time-bound services delivery platform and to address the issues and aspirations of the public under the ADBHUT Doda initiative.
Deputy Commissioner informed that the grievances received online shall be forwarded to the concerned district head of that department and reviewed weekly. Complaints related to essential services shall be redressed in 24 hours by the concerned agency.
The move forms the part of the ADBHUT Doda initiative, which aims at providing quality services to the public in a prompt and transparent manner. The initiative also aims to make the administration accessible to the last man in the last row.The DC has directed all the officers to address the issues pertaining to the public services, received through any mode in a time-bound manner and on priority.
The launch of Online Grievances Redressal System was attended by SSP, Abdul Qayoom; ADDC, Pran Singh; ADC, Dr R K Bharti; CPO, Suresh Kumar; SE JSD, Anil Gupta; SE JPDCL, Bishan Das; ACR Sanjeev Kumar, ACD, Phulail Singh and other concerned officers and officials.
