With the implementation of the Right to Business Act by the Punjab government, establishing a new industry in the state is no longer a difficult process. According to the rules, such industries that fulfil the conditions get approval within a fixed time frame.
Under this exercise, Moga Deputy Commissioner Mr Kulwant Singh today issued Certificate on In-Principle Approval to High Spirit Enterprises of Village Fatehgarh Korotana, District Moga in 15 days to construct a hospital.
Giving information in this regard, the Deputy Commissioner said that an online application under the Right to Business Act was filled by High Spirit Enterprises, village Fatehgarh Korotana district Moga for the construction of a hospital on the portal.
The due fee in this regard was also deposited on the Invest Punjab portal itself. Under this application, Building Plan, Trade License, CLU, Fire NOC and other formalities were to be done. According to the provision of this act, all these NOCs have to be given within 15 days.
To approve this case, a meeting of the concerned departments was held and the certificate on in-principle approval was issued within the stipulated time. He said that now the enterprises will be able to set up their industry without having Burdon in mind.
According to the said act, he will have 3.5 years to complete the necessary actions of various departments which is a great facility given by the government for businessmen/entrepreneurs. Due to this, the spread of the industry is getting a lot of encouragement.
The Deputy Commissioner also said that if an industry is outside the focal point, the certificate on in-principle approval is issued within 15 days and if the unit is in the focal point, then only within 3 days.
Along with this, he instructed all the departments that whatever requests are received from the industrialists for passing NOC/map, they should be processed on a priority basis and appropriate action should be taken.
On this occasion, Convenor cum General Manager DIC Sukhwinder Singh Rekhi and other officials were present in the meeting.
