Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal IAS paid a surprise visit to Fazilka Civil Hospital on Saturday morning. She checked the various wards of the hospital, including the Jacha Bacha Ward, to know the condition of the pregnant women and other patients admitted here and took stock of the treatment facilities they are getting.
The Deputy Commissioner specially directed the concerned officials to further improve the cleanliness system in the hospital and ensure proper parking of the vehicles. While inspecting the ambulance van, she told the officials of the health department that the patient should not face any problem/disturbance in it.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is giving special attention to health facilities in the state under which Aam Aadmi clinics have also been opened in the district. She said that the main purpose of this checking is to get information about whether the health facilities provided by the government are being provided to the people in an uninterrupted manner or not.
After her visit, she gave strict instructions to the hospital staff to provide uninterrupted high quality health facilities to the patients. She directed the staff that the general public should get the benefit of the health facilities provided to the people by the government.
She said that the general public should not face any problem in getting treatment. On this occasion, she also interacted with the patients and their attendants, who came for treatment and gave orders to the authorities for further improvement.
On this occasion SMO Fazilka Dr. Rohit Goyal, Dr. Eric, Dr. Arpit, Dr. Nisant were also present.
